11/2/2012 – Return to CICU due to low O2 and arrhythmia

11/6/2012 – First Heart Catheterization – Stent placed 

11/8/2012 – Reperfusion Injury resulting in Cardiac Arrest, ECMO cannulation

11/12/2012 – ECMO decannulation 

11/20/2012 – Tracheostomy and Gastrostomy tube placed
